Application To Rent

 

The application process is very simple.  Just follow the instructions below:

  • Download and print an Application To Rent (1 per Adult)  -> Application to Rent
  • Fill out the application as complete as possible. Don’t forget to sign on the last page.
  • Bring it with you when you visit our property along with
    • Proof of Income
    • Proper Identification
    • Personal Check, Cashier’s Check or Money Order for Application Fees and/or Holding Deposit
 

Application Fee: $25 per Adult Holding Deposit: $ 100

  • Afterwards, simply mail your Application Fees to:

  • Once the Application Fees are received, we will contact you promptly in order to confirm receipt and process your application.
 

Important Qualifying Information:

All applicants must have a combined monthly or annual gross income of three (3) times the rental amount.  For example:

  • Junior One Bedroom  -  $ 3,195 / month
  • Deluxe One Bedroom – $ 3,495 / month
  • 2 Bedroom – $ 4,425 / month
  • 3 Bedroom – $ 5,385 / month
 

Examples of acceptable Proof of Income:

  • One month’s paycheck stubs
  • Last two bank statements
  • Last year’s Income Taxes, etc.
 

All applicants must have a government issued Driver’s License/Identification Card (US or Foreign accepted) and/or passport.

All applicants, or co-signer, must have a Social Security Card, Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN), Visa, etc.
